Welcome to NEW - Network of Enterprising Women.
Network of Enterprising Women is an organization of women business professionals from the Metrowest area of Massachusetts. NEW was formed to provide business support, education, networking, and marketing opportunities, and to help facilitate both personal and professional growth for its members.
We meet on the first Monday of the month at the First Congregational Church in Hopkinton, MA. Our meetings start with a 1/2 hour networking session at 8:30am followed by meeting business at 9:00am - ending at 10:00am. A FREE light complimentary breakfast is included.

NEW will be supporting Project Just Because with donations to Career Baskets. These items will assist women in need with job interviews and business attire. Please see the Project Just Because page on our web site for a list of items to be donated. NEW will collect these items at each meeting.
For our LAST Meeting of the season (Monday 6/7/10) we welcome back Ted Gorski. He will talk about "Talk to Me - Personalities". This is sure to be a fun and lighthearted presentation. We will also be donating a check to Project Just Because.
NEW will be on hiatus for the months of July and August. Please check the web site for our NEW Meeting dates for the 2010- 2011 season starting up again in September. If you have a social event you want to announce or have msghshembers attend over the summer, please contact the web master to get the word out through the web site.
NEW Coffee Connections! The next event will be Monday June 21st 8-9am at The Golden Spoon (85 W.Main St., Hopkinton - the corner of West Main St. and Lumber St.).
HELP for Baby Brooke: Brooke was born in mid-march. Her mommy (27) passed away shortly after giving birth leaving her daddy to raise her. If anyone is willing to provide Similac baby food, diapers (size 1&2) or even grocery store gift cards it would be very much appreciated. Daddy lives in the Worcester area and works a full time job and a part time job with NEW member Judit Csikos-Lamb. If you can help, please contact Judit at 508-254-3778.
SAVE MONEY $$$: Join NEW for the 2010 - 2011 year by June 30, 2010 and only pay $50 ($80/company)! That's a $20 Savings! Applications on the JOIN US page or at the general meetings.
Personal Note: I am resigning my post in June - this will be my last posting on the NEW Web Site. I have thoroughly enjoyed creating and maintaining this web site for NEW. It was an exciting endeavor to merge In Hopkinton By Women with Holliston Enterprising Women to create NEW. I will still continue on as a general member and encourage others to come forward and be part of the NEW Board. I leave the board (wonderful, busy women who get things DONE!) after 2 years of service. It has been wonderful. I leave you all in the capable hands of Anne Pouch - our new Web Master for NEW.
